Charlie Parker Provisions is proud to offer two styles of high end catering in the Bay Area.

(1) Small Office Lunch Delivery Service (custom menus and pricing)

OR

(2) Private Events - Custom Menus cooked in your home with Buffet, Plated or Family Style Service

Buffet Style Service starts at $110-$150 per guest. This style is offered for parties of 12 or more / $2500 minimum.
Family Style Service starts @ $150 per guest. This style is offered for parties of 12 or more / $2500 minimum.
Individually Plated Service starting at $200 per guest for 3 courses plus bread service. This style is offered for parties of 12 or more / $2500 minimum.

EVENT DETAILS

Our custom pricing is dependent on the amount of guests and type of menu style and dining experience desired.
We require at least one server for events that we or the client can opt to provide, which generally starts at $65/hour for the event (before any necessary travel stipends), however this is just an estimate and rates are dependent on event hours/details/holidays, etc.
Chef Parker will cook and prepare the meals in your kitchen and leave your kitchen sparkling clean.
For in-home services beyond 25 miles from our Menlo Park location, we charge a minimum of $100 travel fee. Private Event Operation/Coordination Service fees also apply according to party size, plus tax.
We offer digital menus for print or printed menus (with advance notice, just ask!).
We are a small company operating primarily “in the kitchen", therefore, we partner with trusted local vendors (Darling Hospitality and Lia Adams Events) to supply our service staff as needed. Any servers or bartender service fees are not included in our per person rates. We do not provide party rentals (furniture and decor) but are happy to coordinate rentals from local companies such as Unica Party Rentals, A1 Party Rentals, Chairs4Events, Bright and Theoni.
We require a minimum of a non-refundable $500 deposit to secure your private event date. We will apply your deposit toward your final bill. If the event scope drastically changes from our original agreement, we can opt to cancel the event and refund your deposit if outside of 14 days from your event. Within 14 days of your event, cancellations will result in a non-refundable deposit to account for our blocked date, coordinating time and efforts. Any changes to an event within 5 days of the event are not guaranteed.
