Charlie Parker has been a chef at impressive restaurants far and wide, including Manresa in Los Gatos, the Village Pub in Woodside, Ubuntu in Napa, Freddy Smalls in Los Angeles and three Daniel Patterson establishments (Plum in Oakland, Haven in Oakland and Alfred’s Steakhouse in San Francisco). Charlie was head chef at Flea St. Cafe, which brought him back home—literally—to a restaurant where he first ate at 12 years of age, located two blocks from his family’s house where he grew up. Most recently, he was head chef at Piccino in San Francisco and Mayfield Bakery in Palo Alto. Finally, with Charlie Parker Provisions, he has a place to call his own where his creative custom menus are popular with Private Events and Small Businesses.

Charlie Parker Provisions offers a high end chef service providing the ability to fine dine in the comfort of your own home or office. Chef Parker brings the restaurant experience to you and cooks on site for private events and recently, Chef Parker starting offering small local business lunch deliveries. Charlie’s Provisions utilizes local, fresh and sustainable ingredients.
